Moving a group like UNIVERSAL MUISIC was a huge challenge.

Eight floors to distribute office spaces but also common spaces for internal and external users. An internal bar/restaurant and recording studios were designed and built. A floor dedicated to the creation of new music with 3 traditional control rooms, 1 atmos control rooms and an 80 sqm LIVE recording room. UNIVERSAL's intent was to become independent in its activities, and the challenge was won.
In addition to the office spaces designed with a modern philosophy, the large external spaces on the 4 existing terraces have been designed and set up.

The complicated construction site logistics, the importance of the materials used and the great expectations of the client meant that the project had a great emotional impact and gave a high level result with full satisfaction of the client and users.
